Passed away peacefully on July 13th 2019 in her 89th year, surrounded by her loving family. Fran Ward was predeceased by her beloved husband and best friend Lloyd Ward, and son Stephen. Fran will be lovingly remembered by Tim Ward (Lauren), Peter Ward (Sheila) and Carey Gray (Mark). Dear sister of Marilyn, Joyce, Margo, and their families. Special grandmother to Morgan, Devon, Tristyn, Rachel, Sarah & Franky, Megan, Kayley, Sylvia & Eric, Ryan, Julie & Doug, Lila and Arya. Friends may call at the Emmanuel Baptist Church, 374 Salem Rd, Barrie, Ontario, on Saturday July 20th 2019, with visitation from 1:00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm. Refreshments will be served following the service. Interment at Barrie Union Cemetery, 338 Sunnidale Rd Barrie on Monday July 22nd. The family would like to offer sincere thanks to all the staff and doctors of Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia for the great service, care and compassion provided to mom. Memorial donations may be directed to a charity of choice.
