Peacefully passed with family by her side at Hospice Simcoe on Thursday, February 4th, 2021 at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife of Remo for 57 years. Loving mother of Ivano, Rick (Marcia) and David. Proud nonna of Josh (Steph), Evan, Adam and Layla. Dear sister of Dario (Maggie), Livio, Armida (Rolando), Graziano (Josephine) and Patrizia. Dear sister-in-law of the late Claudia. Will be missed by extended family members and dear friends.
Funeral Mass will take place at the St. Mary’s Church on Monday, February 8th, 2021 at 11 a.m. with livestreaming to occur on St. Mary’s Catholic Church’s Facebook page. Please click the link above to be redirected to the website. Private family interment to take place at the St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Maria’s memory may be made to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre Cancer Unit or to the Hospice Simcoe and are greatly appreciated by the family.
