Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at the Woods Park Care Centre in Barrie on Friday, August 25th, 2017. Jeannette Van Nest in her 85th year was the beloved sweetheart of the late Keith. Dear mother of Sandra Rogers of New Lowell, Gary Van Nest and his wife Judy of Windsor, Noella Taylor and her husband Andrew of Guelph and Monique Breier and her husband Christian of Barrie. Loving grandmother of Christopher, Paul, Aaron, Jacob, Krista, Alisha, Dylan, Madeleine, Daniel and Matthew. Predeceased by her sister Lucille Chamberlain. A private graveside service will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society through the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie.
