2 Timothy 4:7 - I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith!

On Thursday, March 7th, peacefully and quietly at RVH, Gary left this life for his eternal reward, reunited with the love of his life, Sally.

Gary was a resident of Barrie for all of his adult life and enjoyed a 35 year career with Consumers Gas as a Serviceman. He was a people person through and through, loved a good visit on the telephone or in person & made friends everywhere he went. He loved to wheel and deal. He love to read the newspaper and Super Shopper. He was a big sports fan and spent many years on the pitching mound in Vancouver as a teen, and then in Barrie as an adult. He was a loyal Cowboys, Dodgers & Canadiens fan. He volunteered as a porter for 17 years at Royal Victoria Hospital. He was a dedicated and involved long time member of Hiway Church. He was a giver to many.

Most respected Dad of Rick and his wife Shona of Cardinal, Kerri and her husband Curt of Cochrane, AB, Sherri and her husband Jason of Barrie and Lee-Anne of London.

Proud Papa to Joel (Sarah), Sara (Simon), Amanda (Ross), Hannah, Harrison and Lennon.

Dads strength, kindness, and generous spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
