Suddenly but peacefully passed at the Chesley Hospital on Friday, August 14th, 2020 at the age of 68 years. Daughter of Kalevi and the late Kaija (2002). Beloved wife of the late Samir (2015). Loving mother of Brigitte, Omar (Bonnie), Mark and the late Kyle (2010). Proud grandmother of Hayden, Natasha, Kiya and Kayla. Dear sister of Marja and Matti (Connie). Will be missed by extended family members and many dear friends.
Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Friday, August 21st, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020 at 12 p.m. Interment to immediately follow at the Sixth Line Cemetery., Innisfil. Donations in Patty’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and are greatly appreciated by the family. Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions, facial coverings, physical distancing and attendance limitations within the Funeral Home are mandatory.
