In his 57th year, got his wings on Friday August 16th, 2019, in the Town of Blue Mountains.
He is survived by his loving and loyal mother, Gale Smith, pre-deceased by his father and best friend, Donald. He will be missed by his siblings Donny Smith (Beth), Bobby Fuller (Lisette), Kim Day (Bruce), Kim Dawn Smith (Trevor), Tammie Wilson, Dawn Leppert (Ken), Aunt Donna McNabb (Don), Uncle Freddy Uggenti and a plethora of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends❤️
Brento had an exceptional determination to live fully present in this world teaching us about the most sacred treasure of life, love. The purest heart, without ever a judgement, and his infectious smile that shone brightly upon the world everywhere he went, having more buddies in more places than most of us make in a lifetime. His friendship was a blessing to each of our hearts. May his lessons live on in us for eternity, and as he bestowed upon us, may we carry them forth with honour making the world a brighter place one smile at a time.
Visitation will be held on Thursday August 22nd, 2019, at Chatterson Funeral Home (404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood) from 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday August 23rd at New Life Church (28 Tracy Lane, Collingwood) at 11 am. Luncheon to follow.
Starting at 2:00 pm there will be a celebration of life at the Georgian Bay Ballroom, Village Conference Center (242 Jozo Weider Blvd. The Blue Mountains, ON).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Special Olympics of Ontario.
