(March 1, 1933 – September 30, 2018) - It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Bruce Sinclair Shipley on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at the age of 85. Dear husband to Effie, father to Alexis Peters, Bruce, and Doug (Lisa) and predeceased by daughter Lynda Mae Lundy. He will be greatly missed by grandchildren Alex, Charlotte, Joshua, Natasha, Wyatt and Luke and by step children Michele (Kyle) Taylor, Tom Jackman and step grandchildren Joshua, Tiffany, Tommy, Cody and Jordan. A proud retiree of the Ontario Provincial Police Bruce spent time policing the province from Grand Bend to Long Sault, retiring as an Inspector in 1992. Before his policing career Bruce has fond memories of working for CN Rail. Bruce enjoyed his daily walks outside and loved spending time at the local arena cheering on his grandchildren.
