SHARPE, Kenneth (Ken) Wayne

Passed away suddenly at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie on Sunday, October 23rd, 2016 in his 68th year with family by his side. Beloved husband of Elsie Sharpe. Dear father of Shawn & his wife Kerry and Sheri Crane & her husband John all of Barrie. Survived by his step-children Cathy & her husband Barry, Linda & her husband Mike and Lori & her husband Ted & their families. Loving grandfather of Katelyn, Corbin, Caresten & Tyson and great-grandfather of Hunter, Solarra and Hannah. Also survived by his sisters Wanda Bernadette and Deborah-Lee Henry. Loving uncle of Colby, Caleb, Peter, Paula, Nicole, Bruce Jr., Elaine and Brenda. Pre-deceased by his parents Kenneth Maxwell Sharpe & Glady and  Step-father Burnie, by his sisters Judy & Bonnie and by his brother Bruce. Also missed by his dear friend & former wife Linda Henley and by his extended family and step-family. Friends are invited to join with the family to celebrate Ken’s Life at the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie on Saturday anytime between the hours of 2:00 & 4:00 p.m.Eulogies will be shared at 2:30 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to Simcoe Community Services.
