On Monday August 2, 2021, after a brief stay at RVH, Phyllis passed away peacefully in her 99th year. Predeceased by her husband, Ross and her son-in-law, Jeff Hines. Survived by her daughters Linda Hines and Jeanne Harris (Wayne), grandchildren Chad (Cait) and Veronica, great-grandchildren Owen, Brennan and Isaac.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the RVH Foundation would be appreciated. Phyllis requested that just her immediate family celebrate her life in private.
