Passed peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the age of 84. Predeceased by her loving husband Vince (2004). Cherished mother of Marisa (Bob), Tony (Sherry), Donna (Vince) and Bruno (Heather). Will be sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie, on Tuesday, November 22, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 65 Amelia St., Barrie, on Wednesday, November 23, at 10 am, with burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Following the interment, guests are invited back to the church for a reception luncheon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the RVH Cancer Care Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
