It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our much beloved sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and great aunt. After a short illness, Donna Piotrowski passed peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, on September 6, 2021, at the age of 71.
Donna is survived by her brother Bishu (Clara), sister Lylli (Henrick), sister Stenia (Bob), and brother Edmund (Kaari). Also survived by seven nieces, four nephews, five great nieces, and five great nephews. Predeceased by her parents Felix and Kazimiera Piotrowski, and her great nephew Jayden.
Cremation has taken place, with a memorial service to be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 1 p.m., followed by interment at St. Mary’s cemetery, Barrie. Masks, physical distancing, and capacity limitations are mandatory. Livestream of the service will be available to the public via Donna’s online tributes page.
