Joseph Peter Pimentel

Joseph Peter Pimentel, a loving family man, died suddenly on Tuesday, September 14th, 2021 at the age of 50. Gone too soon, Joe (born December 14th, 1970) was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, and nephew of many loved ones. He leaves behind his two beautiful sons, James (age 10) and Lucas (age 7), and his wife Lauren Alaina Graham Olsen-Pimentel. He lived in Barrie but his family extends far and wide. The youngest of three children, he was born in Brampton to his mother Maria Olga Pimentel and late Peter Pimentel. He is survived by his sisters Violet Pimentel and Nellie Pimentel-Sketchley, brother-in-law Darren Sketchley and nephews and niece, Spencer, Curtis, and Charm Sketchley, as well as his sisters-in-law late Kaitlin Olsen, Lorian Linnenbruegger (and husband Kris), and Allison Day and nephews Hector (Patchy) and Carlos Cevallos Day. He was a beloved nephew and cousin of many. Always a kid at heart, he will be forever missed by all who knew him. His many loved ones are remembering Joe’s laughs, adventures, and fun-loving spirit. Because one kiss just won’t do, he would always say to his wife, “I get two kisses.”  Our hearts are broken.

“I’m yours”, Lago xox
