Passed peacefully at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Thursday, December 12th, 2019 at the age of 86.
Predeceased by her husband Douglas and son Wayne. Loving mother of Sharon, (Mike Morrow), Nora Tayler (Bob) and Brian (Juanita Hickey). Cherished grandmother to Anthony, Tommy (Stella), Daryl, Michelle (Damian), Matthew (Sommer), Kyle, Wayne, Shara-lynn, Christopher, and great grandmother to 12.
Cremation has taken place with arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie.
Friends are invited to join the family in celebrating Rae’s life at the Barrie Legion, 410 St. Vincent St. (Ferris Lane entrance) on Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
