It is with a heavy heart that we mourn the loss of Stefanos Panagiotidis, a loving father and friend, who passed suddenly on April 19, 2022. He was born in Serres, Greece on May 14, 1960 and was raised by his mother who he cherished more than anyone in this world. He made his passion into a career from the moment he landed in Canada in 1986, putting his all in his craft as a business owner of Stefanos' Interlocking & Custom Design.
Anyone who knew Stefanos knew he had a big heart and a way with words. His hardships in life became stories that showed resilience and persistence; he was always sharing his wisdom and reminded those around him that “life is good, it’s people that complicated it”. He was the true epitome of passion and drive, with a soft spot for his daughters, Athena & Elefteria who gave him purpose. He was a loving father and friend that will be truly missed beyond words can express.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday April 27 at The Holy Cross - St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church (572 Penetanguishene Rd., Barrie) from 9:00am-10:00am followed by the Funeral Service and burial at the same location. In lieu of flowers donations to The Holy Cross - St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church would be deeply appreciated.
