MONTEITH, Penny M. (nee Tucker)

(February 18, 1953 – June 9, 2016) - Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the age of 63. Beloved wife of Don Monteith  for 41 years. Cherished mother of Danielle Monteith (Mike MacLean ) and Curtis Monteith (Terri McLean). Loving grandmother of Isabella MacLean, Kaleb  MacLean, and Jakob Monteith. Dear sister of Wenda  Taylor (Jerry) of Sauble Beach; aunt of Trevor Taylor & Family; sister in-law of Bob Monteith & Family, Jim Monteith & family, and Ena Collins & family. Survived by her father in-law Don Monteith and his wife Dorothea; predeceased by her parents  Verdun & Mary (nee Bray) Tucker of Barrow Bay and her mother in-law Isabella. Friends will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME 445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 1:30 – 2:45 p.m. Service will be held in the Chapel at 3 o’clock p.m. Family interment to follow at a later date.
