64, of Tiny, Ontario, passed away suddenly at home on the night of February 22, 2022. He was born to Jack and Charlotte Marks on November 29, 1957, in Leaside, Toronto. He graduated from Leaside High and later garnered diplomas in Broadcasting and Business from both Seneca College and Centennial. He was married to his dear bride, Ellen, in 1983 who survived him.  Kevin is also survived by his three siblings; John, Brian and Nancy, his two sons; Sean and Brian and their partners, Dawn and Ekin. Kevin had a variety of professional endeavours including selling real estate and working for the Liquor Control Board, but his legacy will be his career in radio and television. 

Kevin cut his broadcasting chops at station CFAC in Lethbridge, Alberta before moving to MCTV in North Bay, Ontario.  He settled in Barrie as a sportscaster for CKVR and later the morning newsman on KOOL FM. He also stood as the Vice President for unions NABET and CEP. He will be remembered for his sense of humour and kindness above all else. Friends of Kevin are welcome to the Barrie Legion on Saturday March 5th for a Celebration of Life.
