After eight years of fighting and winning so many battles, cancer won the war. The family is heartbroken to say Gord passed away February 17, 2022 at 10:30 am at his home in Barrie, ON.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Phylis, his daughters, Krystal and Kassidy and son in law Taylor.
He would say he was lucky because he got eight extra years some people don’t get. Winning those battles gave him the opportunity to meet his precious grand babies, Layla and Ellis.
He never really complained and he never lost his sense of humour even at the end. He will be missed by many.
