Of Angus, ON, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer, at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie, on Sunday, March 3rd, 2024, in her 87th year.
Beloved wife of the late Bernie. Loving mother of David Letourneau, Jill Lloyd (Colin) and Mike Letourneau (Sharon). Cherished grandmother of Ben (Kristyn), Brandon (Rebecca), and Matthew Lloyd. Sadly missed by her sisters Alice Taylor and Dorothy Kinsman. Predeceased by her siblings Margaret, Tom, and Alex.
Mary was an amazing wife, mom, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to so many. They meant the world to her. Family was the cornerstone of her life. Mary is together again with her beloved Bernie.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to Saint Elizabeth Health Care with special thanks to Mary’s PSW’s Lindsay, Marilys, Athena, Nurse Shannon, and Doctor Kelly Emmerson.
At Mary’s and the family’s request, cremation has taken place.
Friends may visit with the family at the Steven R. Bridge Funeral Home, 207 Mill Street, Angus, ON, on Saturday, March 9th, 2024 from 1:00pm until the time of the memorial service at 2:00pm.
