It is with profound sadness the Kelessi family announce that Saundra died suddenly at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday, March 30, 2024 in her 54th year; passing into the presence of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, whom she had known since she was a young child. Saundra, of Wasaga Beach, was the beloved daughter of Daniel and Phyllis (nee Kasoff) Kelessi. Dearly loved sister of Nick Kelessi (Angela). She will be forever loved and missed by her many extended family and friends. Saundra enjoyed travelling, gardening, and being by the water. She loved animals, especially dogs and horses. She will be forever missed. Friends are invited to join the family at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach, for visitation on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. No formal services will be held at this time. A memorial service is being planned for a later date. If desired and in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Saundra to My Friend’s House, your local food bank or the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
