IRWIN, Orval

Passed away peacefully after a brief illness with family by his side at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, on Monday September 25, 2017 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his wife Kay. Beloved father of Paul (Carol) and Mary (Michael McConnell). Loving grandfather to Kristopher (Melissa), Jason and Steve Irwin; and Ryan and Megan McConnell. Great grandfather to Nathan, Brandon and Hannah Irwin. Orval will be forever loved and remembered by his partner Mary Davies and her son Chris; his brother Murray (Ruth), late sister Lola Andrew, his nephews Bruce Irwin (Dianne), Gord Andrew (Maureen), Larry Andrew (Linda) and many extended family and friends. Friends will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 11 o’clock a.m. Memorial donations to the RVH Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
