HAYES, Violet (nee Berze) of Barrie, ON, passed away peacefully at Roberta Place Long Term Care Centre in Barrie on Thursday, April 11th, 2024, in her 87th year.
Loving mother of Robert (Leona), Mary Sist, Gord (Mary) and Patricia Wilson (Barry). Cherished grandmother of Tarl, Garett, Jesse and Mercedes. Affectionally known as “Aunt Lou” by Amanda and Amy. Dear sister of Marty (Thyra), Mike (Maryann) and Georgina (Gord). Predeceased by her daughter Dena Nevers and her brothers Ernie and Johnny. Violet will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her many relatives and friends.
Friends may visit with the family at the Steven R. Bridge Funeral Home, 207 Mill Street, Angus, ON, on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral will take place in the chapel on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at 1:00pm. Spring interment at Barrie Union Cemetery.
