HARWOOD, Mavis

Passed peacefully, at the Mill Creek Care Centre in Barrie on March 12th, 2019 at the age of 88. Loving wife of the late Leonard (2017) for 63 years. Honoured mother of Steven, Matthew (Christine), Mandy and Adam (Jessica). Will be sadly missed by her cherished grandchildren Justin, Ryan, Adrian and Amelia. Survived by her sister Diana. Guests are invited to share their memories with the family during an informal gathering at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie from 1 – 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 17th, 2019. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mavis may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
