Carole Ann Gregory, (nee Topping) born on September 27th, 1936, passed away peacefully on Monday August 13, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Daughter of Belle and Arthur Topping, Carole was born and grew up in Regina Saskatchewan with her only sibling, Donna Reed.
Carole met and married Walter (Bud) Gregory, and had two daughters, Karen and Kathy Gregory. The family moved to Toronto in 1969 and subsequently purchased a cottage where they enjoyed many summers and winters at the lake making happy family memories. Carole is preceded in death by her beloved husband Bud Gregory.
Her illustrious career included being Marketing Vice President for Dupli-Colour Canada, followed by being a real estate agent for Sutton Group in Unionville, Ontario.
Carole and Bud were regular icons and members of Meadowbrook Golf and Country Club, where they made many dear friends and both shared years of wonderful memories. As long time Florida snow birds, they enjoyed many years golfing and enjoying life in Florida sun at their home.
Carole is survived by her sister Donna Reed, the pride and joy of her life, her two daughters, Karen Gregory, married to son in law Lee Perry, daughter Kathy Gregory, son in law Boris Bozic, five grandchildren, Rachelle, Andrew, Cassandra , Brittany and Mack, and one great-grandson, Owen.
A private family funeral will be held on August 17th, followed by a celebration/memorial of her life for all family and friends at Meadowbrook Country Club (11939 Warden Ave, Gormely Ontario) on Friday August 17th from 4-7 pm.
