April 20th, 1961 – February 11th, 2022
Rosanna passed away peacefully in her sleep on the morning of February 11th at Headwaters Health Care Centre in Orangeville at the age of 60. She leaves behind her wonderful sons, Kevin and Matt, her loving mother, Alberta, her brother, Larry, sister-in-law Dana, and her daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Lucas. She will be deeply missed by her grandsons Wyatt, Hank and Bruce and her nieces, Ashley and Meaghan. Rosanna brought joy to all those she worked with at the Avalon Care Centre in Orangeville.
As a Life Enrichment Aid she had a selfless passion to provide the highest quality of life to her residents and there are many more people who will remember Rosanna for her kind and warm heart. She received her Arts Degree from York University with honours, and her diploma in Recreational Therapy from Georgian College. Rosanna’s beautiful spirit and infectious laughter will never be forgotten and will forever be heard by her loved ones over the lakes of Muskoka. Rosanna will be reunited with her beloved father, Dino, in heaven; they have a lot of catching up to do.
Visitation will be held at the Adams Funeral Home, 445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie, Ontario on Friday, February 18th, visitation at 12:00pm, followed by a Memorial service in the Chapel at 1:00pm.
