Passed suddenly and peacefully with family by her side on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at the age of 84.
Patricia married Walter “Dennis" Fisher on May 17, 1958, whom she loved with all her heart and above all else. Dennis preceded her in death in March of 2021. Loving parents of Bill, Kelly (Brent Ellis), Kerry, Bridgette (Danny Flahive), Mike (Tammy) and Jim with the knowledge they were cherished and loved unconditionally. She was the proud grandma of Daniel and his wife Alex, Jessica and her fiancé Eric Mercer, Ryan and his wife Kait, Michael, Shannon, Erin, Jade and Cole; and great-grandma of Addison, Fallon, Fionn, Brooks, Ronan and Smith.
Survived by her beloved brother, Jack McNeil and his wife Diane. Pre-deceased by her older brother, Neil McNeil and his wife Claire.
The family would like to thank Dr. Andrew Ramadeen and the emergency staff at Etobicoke General Hospital for their care during her final hours.
