Passed away on November 1, 2021 at the age of 77 years. Daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy Swain. Beloved wife of Charles “Chuck” Edward Dibley for 52 years. Loving mother of Charles (Sherry) and Raelynn (Darren), and extended family Danny (Mary) Isabell. Dear grandma of Cole Boyd (Tori), and Ashley Black (nee Dibley) (Kersten). Great grandma of Huxley, Charlie, and a baby girl on the way. Sister of Bill Swain, Kay King (Morris), and Sandra Swain. In keeping with Jo-Ann’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Ferndale Banquet Hall, 24 Ferndale Industrial Dr., Barrie from 12 – 4 p.m.. Proof of full vaccination is required.
