Dawe, Maureen “Joy” Passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on August 1st, 2021.
It is with tremendous sorrow we mourn the passing of Maureen Wendy Dawe or known to most by her nickname ‘Joy’ a name to which she truly embodied. She was a wonderful wife to Maurice, mum to Michele, Bryn & Erin, mother in law to Atif, Ann & John, the late Stan & Sharon, Don & Barb. Nana to Diondra & Jeff, Amanda & Aaron, Gabe & fiancee Gill, Blaire & Masooma, Anthony & wife Sadie, Tracy, Brendan, Sean, Amy & Emily. Great Nana to Axel, Hugo & most recently to our precious Rooney Joy.
Sadly she passed on Sunday August 1. After surviving some incredible health challenges over the years she is now resting peacefully. Her presence will be enormously missed by all that knew her as an incredibly kind & giving person. Who always thought of others before herself. She will be an amazing angel now watching over us all.
