It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Edith Johanna Dangel January 22, 2019. Edith passed peacefully at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston, with family by her side. Edith will be deeply missed by her husband and best friend of 62 years Walter Dangel . Loving mother of Monika Wright, Christine Kitchen (Holly Martin) and Jennifer Dangel. Beloved sister of George (Debbie) Oleksiuk, Stan (Bonnie) Oleksiuk and their families. Very proud Omi to Carly & Kirk Wright, Tara & Reece Kitchen & Jordan Adams as well as Great Omi to Riley, Adelyn, Kayleigh, Addison & Harlen. Her loving nature and heart of gold will be forever in our hearts. A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday January 26th, 2019 from 1-3 p.m. & 4-6 p.m. at the Paul F. Kent Funeral Home, 16 King Street, North, Cookstown, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston.
