of Wasaga Beach, ON passed away peacefully (with her husband at her side), at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital on Saturday, August 21st 2021 in her 83rd year.
Beloved wife of Richard “Dick”. Loving mother of Kim Crowell, Tammy Crowell and Richard (Hung Chow). Cherished grandmother of Matthew, Alyssa, Kaila, Ashton and Jaden. Sadly missed by her sisters Susan McCallum (Wayne) and Lisa Ferrier. Predeceased by her sisters Carolyn and Mary. Joan will be sadly missed and always remembered by her many relatives and friends.
At the family’s request, cremation has taken place. Friends may visit with the family at the Steven R. Bridge Funeral Home, 207 Mill Street Angus, ON on Wednesday, August 25th 2021 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
In accordance to directives put in place by provincial governing bodies and the Public Health Unit, there will be a limit on the number of people permitted into the funeral home at one time. Please note that wearing a facial covering and adhering to physical distancing directives is mandatory. No gathering is permitted in the funeral home parking lot please, due to the circumstances arising from Covid-19.
