CRAWFORD, Charles

Passed peacefully, surrounded by his family at Hospice Simcoe, on October 13, 2016 at the age of 87. Charles Crawford of Oro Station is survived by Martha, his loving wife of 25 years, his step-daughter Sylvie (Mario), brother Dennis, sister Hazel (John), niece Lynne (Ken), as well as many extended family and long-time friends. A celebration of Charles’ life will take place on Sunday October 23, 2016, from 12 – 2 pm, at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., with a light luncheon and refreshments being served. The family would like to take this opportunity to extend their most sincere appreciation to Huronia Nurse Practitioners, Hospice Simcoe, and all those who provided Charles with such exceptional care along the way. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Simcoe would be greatly appreciated by the family.
