It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Valerie Cowell on February 16, 2016 at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre at the age of 87. She will be dearly missed by all of her family members and close friends, especially her wonderful friends at the Giant Tiger in Barrie. Private family arrangements have been made.
