It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Douglas Coppin -- taken from his family on July 14th, 2021, in his 36th year.
He sadly leaves behind his spouse Lindsey, his four children, Liliana 10, Ezra 7, Lincoln 3, and Levi 2, his father Ernest, late Mother Sharon (Sept 18, 2004), and his siblings Shawn, Camille, Cordel, and Frank.
He will leave a huge hole in the lives of his many close friends.
Douglas did everything for his family. He loved life. His beautiful smile and infectious laugh lit up a room.
Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Thursday, August 5th, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., with a memorial service to follow in the Chapel and online via livestream on Friday, August 6th at 11 a.m. Masks, physical distancing and capacity limitations are mandatory.
