(February 4th, 1939 - November 4th, 2015) - COCKBURN, Lewis Garnet – Passed away at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby on Wednesday, November 4th, 2015. Lewis Cockburn of Grimsby & formerly of Edgar in his 77th year was the beloved husband of the late Moira. Dear father of Tracy Cockburn of St. Catharines & Ed & his wife Lisa of Hamburg, N.Y. Loving grandfather of Brian, Andrew, Logan, Ethan, Kelsey & Kaitlyn. Brother of Phyllis Cooney, Ann Morrison (Dawson), Eddie Cockburn (Lorraine), Eunice Greenhall (the late Arnold), Sharon Auger (Joe) and brother-in-law of Gary. Predeceased by his sister Jeanette Atkinson. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society through the Jennett Funeral & Cremation Centre 152 Bradford Street in Barrie.
