(December 2, 1966 - October 31, 2018) - Passed away peacefully at Matthew’s House, Alliston on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at the age of 51. Loving son of the late Walter and Toni Chlon. Cherished brother of Jim (Debbie) and Linda Portelli. Dear Uncle to David (Jacki), Dianne Cats (Eric), Krystal, Rachel Mahon (Chris) and Taylor; and great Uncle to Dylan, Ethan, Emily and Lily.
