It is with great sorrow that the family of Madeleine Brazeau announces her sudden passing on June 27, 2021 in North Bay, Ontario at the age of 77. Born in Sturgeon Falls, daughter of the late Donat Brazeau and the late Grace (née Ferguson) Brazeau. Loving mother of Suzanne (Wayne) of Barrie and Robert of Edmonton. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Candice (Miles), Zachary (Christie) and Ailsa and great grandchildren Vera and Dane. Also survived by her brothers and sisters Marcel (Lilly) of Toronto, Louise of Stroud, Colette of North Bay, Roger (Hazel) of North Bay, Richard of Windsor, Rhéal of Barrie and Ray (Shoshana) of Newmarket. Madeleine was predeceased by her brother Leo and sister Francoise. Friends will be received on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 1:00pm at Legacy Funeral Home, 55 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie, with a Memorial service being held that same day at 2:00pm. Donations may be made in Madeleine’s memory to Food Bank Canada.
