Peacefully surrounded by his family at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, on January 28th, 2016 in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Jennifer. Dear father of John (Heather) Bishop, and Laurie-Ann (Adam) Young. Survived by sister Linda Shanahan. Predeceased by brother Carl (Butch) Bishop. Proud poppy of Bryanna, Ayden, Camdyn, and Hudson. Always loved and remembered by his dear nieces and nephews Patrick, Brandon, Justin, Jeffrey, and Ashley. Cherished deeply by sister-in-law Jackie Chang and close family and friends near and far. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, on Tuesday February 2nd, from 2pm until the time we celebrate his life in the chapel at 3pm.
