BARRIE COLTS JUNIOR HOCKEY CLUB

Colts defenceman Beau Akey has been recognized for his play and earned an invite to play in the 2023 Kubota CHL Top Prospects Game.
The game is hosted by the Vancouver Giants on Wednesday, Jan. 25 at Langley Events Centre.
Akey, who has registered 18 points (five goals, 13 assists) in 24 games for the Colts, is second on the team in defencemen points.
It was recently announced by NHL Central Scouting that Beau was ranked as an 'A' rating, meaning he is a projected first-round NHL selection.
Beau was drafted by the Colts in the 2021 OHL Priority Selection Draft, 19th overall.
The entire Colts organization wishes to congratulate Beau on this great accomplishment.
