INNISFIL - On Thursday, December 10, 2015, a woman approached a Detective from the South Simcoe Police Criminal Investigation Bureau.
The woman explained that she had been sexually assaulted in her sleep earlier that day by a tenant in her father's home.
The suspect was identified, arrested and held in custody for a bail hearing.
The 31-year-old Innisfil man is charged with sexual assault.
The victim did not require medical attention.
