At 3:55 AM on December 20, 2015 South Simcoe Police received a call regarding a motor vehicle collision on Downy Emerald Drive in Bradford.

The witness observed a single male party walking away from the crashed 2015 Mercedes Benz.

Officers arrived on scene and found the vehicle to have struck a pole.

The vehicle was left parked with its 4 way flashers
activated and the key fob in the vehicle.

As officers were investigating SSP received a call from the vehicles owner reporting the car stolen.

The owner of the car advised police that she heard the car start and saw three males with the vehicle before it left her driveway on Meadowhawk Trail, Bradford.

The vehicle has been held by police for further examination.

Officers are requesting that anyone with video surveillance on their properties in the Downy Emerald Drive and Meadowhawk Trail area review
footage around 3:30 AM to 4:20 AM.

Police are interested in any and all vehicles and persons observed over this time period in the area.

Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact South Simcoe Police or Crime Stoppers.
