Police have identified and arrested a youth in relation to the theft at Cabela's on September 22, 2015.
The 17-year-old male from Mount Forest has been arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 and possession of stolen property.
He was released on an appearance notice and will appear in a Barrie Court in November.
The second male has also been identified and will be turning himself into police.
We thank the public for their assistance.

The Barrie Police Service is seeking witnesses to assist with identifying two male suspects following a theft at Cabela’s located at 50 Concert Way, in the City of Barrie.
On Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at 4:56 p.m., video surveillance captured two males in the hunting department retrieving a goose call, which was placed into a security bag and given to them.
The first suspect proceeded to the knife display and retrieved a knife removing it from the packaging and concealed it into his pocket.
He then met up with his friend (Suspect #2) and the security bag was cut open and the goose call was removed and concealed into the front of his pants
Both suspects then exited the store via separate entrances without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise.
Video surveillance captured both males getting into a red two door vehicle driven by the first suspect.
The investigation is ongoing.
The suspects are described as:
Suspect #1:
Male, white
Mid 20’s
5’8”, medium build
Shaggy brown hair, goatee and wearing a grey Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt and blue jeans.
Suspect #2:
Male, white
Mid 20’s
5’8”, medium build
Shaggy brown hair and wearing a red t- shirt and blue jeans.
Suspect Vehicle (Driven by Suspect #1):
Red 2-door Sedan – Driver’s side door and front quarter panel are silver.
