The Town of Innisfil will celebrate the holy month of Ramadan, which begins on March 22, with members of the local Muslim community with an event at Innisfil Town Hall on March 20 from 6-8 p.m.
“The Town of Innisfil prides itself on being a welcoming community to all and as we grow, we want to ensure we recognize the many diverse and vibrant cultures of the people that have chosen to live and work here,” says Mayor Lynn Dollin. “We encourage everyone to attend this event to learn more about Islamic culture and the importance of Ramadan.”
