Time to 'spring forward'

Don't forget to change your clocks on Saturday before bed

This weekend, it's time to 'spring forward.'

Daylight Saving Time starts at 2 a.m., Sunday. That means you should set your clocks forward one hour before going to bed on Saturday night.

The good news? Longer days (and summer!) are approaching.

The bad news? Losing an hour of precious sleep this weekend.

It's also recommended at this time of year that homeowners check their smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and change the batteries accordingly.

We may lose an hour of sleep this weekend, but don't forget to mark your calendars — clocks are scheduled to 'fall back' one hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021.
