NEWS RELEASE
HUNTINGTON SOCIETY OF CANADA
*************************
Join volunteers in Simcoe/Muskoka for a guided wildflower walk at the Gables (a 40-acre park in Barrie). Come see the “greatest show on earth”: beautiful spring flowers in bloom! On the walk, you’ll see Trout Lilies, Jack-in-the-Pulpit, Blue Cohosh, May Apple, Hepatica, Downy Yellow Violet, Merrybells, Wild Ginger, Dutchman’s Breeches, carpets of Trilliums and Canada Anemone and more.

Halfway through the walk, a Forest Tea will be served beside the shores of beautiful Lake Simcoe. By joining us on May 22, you will be providing hope to families and individuals who are impacted by Huntington disease (HD) each day. All proceeds will go directly to HSC to fund family services support and cutting edge research into a treatment for HD.
