NEWS RELEASE
ROYAL VICTORIA REGIONAL HEALTH CENTRE
*************************
At Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, safety is our promise and that includes ensuring our workplace is safe for our patients, employees, physicians and volunteers.

That’s why, effective immediately, RVH is banning poinsettia plants in the health centre, including Rotary Place.

Due to a life-threatening allergy of one of our team members we are introducing this mandatory ban. Any poinsettias currently in the building have been safely removed.

Members of the public are asked to not bring poinsettias to the health centre. Members of staff and our volunteers will remind visitors of this restriction throughout the holiday season.

RVH thanks the public in advance for their co-operation.
