On Saturday police received a radio call to attend an address in the town of Bradford for a male in medical distress.
Upon police arrival the male had left the residence on foot.
At this time his whereabouts are unknown.
He has been suffering from depression and police are very concerned for his well being and are actively attempting to locate him.
If you have seen this person or know of his whereabouts please call South Simcoe Police at 905-775-3311.

John Foisy, 34 years of age
Male, white, 5'11, 175 pounds, medium build, short brown hair.
