TAY TOWNSHIP – On Saturday December 12, 2015 at 9:45 a.m. an officer from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a motor vehicle travelling at 152km/h in a 100km/h zone on Highway 400 in Tay Township.
Shayne William LOVETT (age 25) of Mississauga, ON has been charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed.
His driver’s licence has been suspended for 7 days and his Mazda 3 was impounded for 7 days.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Penetanguishene Ontario on January 21, 2015.
