BARRIE POLICE SERVICE

On Monday, January 14, 2016 at 9 p.m. a vehicle was parked unlocked for approximately 5 minutes in the area of Grove Street and Newton Street in the City of Barrie.
The vehicle was entered during this time and the victim’s wallet (including her VISA) and her white iPhone 6 was stolen.
A short 30 minutes later her VISA was used at the Shell gas station located at 204 Grove Street East, in the City of Barrie.
Police believe the suspect arrived on foot and made three separate transactions purchasing lottery tickets and cigarettes.
Description:
- Male, white
- 35-40 years old
- 6 ft, med build
- Clean shaven
Wearing:
- Red Detroit Red Wings ball cap
- Dark blue winter jacket w white stripes across the chest
