According to Const. Sara Birrell the deceased has been identified as 24-year old Bronwyn Dalziel of Toronto.
Next of kin have been notified.
The other person's serious injuries have been upgraded to life-threatening.
The roads have all been re-opened.

Nottawasaga OPP say a woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon on the 9th line in Essa Township.
Const. Sara Birrell says around 4 p.m., a southbound vehicle on 9th line disobeyed a stop sign hitting an eastbound vehicle carrying six people on the 5th sideroad.
The female driver, the only person in the southbound vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
One person in the eastbound vehicle suffered serious injuries and three others had minor injuries.
The Essa Fire Department and County of Simcoe Paramedics also attended the scene.
OPP say 5th sideroad remains closed between 8th line and 10th line and 9th line remains closed between Highway 89 and 10th sideroad.
The woman's identity has not been released and the investigation continues.
