ORILLIA, ON - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a robbery at an Orillia pharmacy.

On May 22, 2016 at approximately 12:30 p.m., the Orillia OPP responded to a robbery that occurred at a Laclie Street pharmacy in the City of Orillia. Members of the Orillia OPP, Orillia Crime Unit, and Forensic Identification Unit attended the scene.

The male suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs.

He is described as a white male, in his late 20’s,  between 5 feet 8 inches – 5 feet 10 inches tall, thin pointy nose, with a five o’clock shadow and goatee. Male is very pale wearing a baseball hat with a brown/dark coloured hoodie and dark denim jeans.

It is believed that the suspect left the scene in a white newer model vehicle with damage to the front bumper on the passenger side.

The Orillia OPP is requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the parties involved in this incident.
