ORILLIA – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crime Unit has charged a male after investigating a Breach of Probation.
On January 28, 2016 the Orillia OPP Street Crime unit arrested and charged a male party for Breach of Probation.
After further investigation of the male’s computer he has subsequently been arrested and charged with other offences.
Gary Bowman, 37 years old of Orillia, has been charged with possession of child pornography and access child pornography.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing today in Barrie Criminal Court.
